My Top 5 Picks for Halloween Decor

With Halloween just around the corner everyone is looking for those perfect last minute touches. Why not buy handmade! Here are my top 5 picks for decor this halloween season.

Add a bit of style to your door on All Hallows Eve with this wreath. TwoInspireYou has many different wreath's to choose from. If you want a one of kind wreath for any occasion, TwoInspireYou is the shop to check out.

This is one of scariest jack o lanterns I have ever seen. TheLantern made this entirely out of paper mache and is one of a kind. And with this pumpkin, there's no throwing it out by the end of night... granted by the looks of it, he seems pretty rotten to me.

In my opinion, these are the greatest table runners I have ever seen. Table runners have always been stylish and great for any occasion but really, why can't they all be this functional. Modernjune has a table runner for every occasion. So when your throwing your Halloween bash and want to tell people what's for dinner, write it on your runner!

Banners are always great for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and welcome back parties; why not for Halloween. LoveLetterCollage made this beautiful banner which happens to also be on sale... stop by and check out her shop. She has banners for all occasions and can also customize them to fit what you are looking for.

These creep-tastic plates are some of my favorites. Why only decorate the walls and windows when you can scare your guests with these Black Widow Ceramic Plates. You can find plates for all occasions and even get custom work at customsepia's shop.

Thanks for reading. Happy Halloween!

It's a black tie affair

Black tie affairs don't have to be boring and drab. Add a little flair with these little beauties! These are the newest addition to the For You Creations family. I have always loved the look of a bow tie, it has always reminded me of James Bond. "Shaken, not stirred." The possibilities are endless with just one simple necklace.
The idea to make these necklaces came from the most unlikely place. I was working in my office when my cat started to nudge a box in an attempt to get my attention. When I turned around I saw that in the box that she was fussing with was the one that I put my excess wedding invitations in. The invitations came with a bunch of ribbon that were to be wrapped around them. Well, being the pack rat that I am, I kept it all just in case. So, thanks to my cat I found them and started to get a picture in my head about what I wanted to use them for. And Voila! Out came these little darlings!
These will be added to my Etsy shop today. If you love these as much as I do I would love to hear from you.

It's been a while

I know, I know... its been 8 months and I haven't made a single update. Sorry!

This is the new and improved Megan... I plan on updating you on a weekly basis of the goings on with For You Creations. So, lets get a move on...

I've added new items that I am positive you will love. Rings, hair accessories, necklaces, earrings, etc... you get the picture.

Your neck, ears and wrists aren't the only space on your body you can accessorize. Hair accessories are becoming more and more popular. This is one of my favorites! It was fun to make and looks great! It has the perfect arch to compliment any do'.

These filigree and lucite rings are a hit with my customers. Their funky, fun and come in a variety of different colors.

These are just a couple examples of some of the projects I have created. I want to start updating regularly; showing how I made some of the pieces, host giveaways (to be announced), also when I will be doing shows. I would also love to showcase some other Etsy sellers, so stay tuned. If you have any questions or would like to stop by and give me some input, feel free to leave a comment below.

Thanks again for the patience and I swear I will keep it up this time.
